WHEN WILL MY ORDER PROCESS?

Your order will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. If we have any questions during the review process we will contact you for more information or to confirm information to ensure the order is processed correctly.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If you see any 'transaction' listed on your statement prior to shipment this is a pre-authorization to ensure it is a valid credit card. For orders containing both in stock and pre-order/backorder items, there will be a transaction at the time of both shipments; applicable shipping charges for both shipments will be applied to the initial shipment of in stock items.

NOTE: If we have any issues processing payment at time of shipment, a First Gear Consumer Service representative will contact you for alternative payment. Once product is available for shipment, all payments must be made within 14 days or your order will be cancelled.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. AMEX is accepted for phone in orders only.

DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount prior to crediting back to account for refused shipments.

All Shipping & Handling charges shown are estimates and are subject to change. First Gear has the right to adjust amounts due to fluctuating market conditions at time of shipment. Please contact us if you have specific shipping instructions. Additional fees (i.e. duties, taxes, etc.) may apply to orders shipping outside of the continental United States and are the responsibility of the customer. First Gear has the right to further define details.
